Accent commenced over 15 years ago and started in provision of services in the NSW Workers Compensation and OHS industries.
Over time, in an increasingly complex industrial relations environment, the line between Workers Compensation (WC) and Industrial Relations (IR), in the eyes of our employer clientele, began to blur.
Add to that the need of our employers to manage these issues within the broader context of their own operational strategy, often focusing on prevention and training to minimise costs. Accent began to help employers deal with WC related productivity issues, premium reduction and the development of solid HR policies, procedures and systems, to avoid litigation. Accent's fledgling HR service was born.
With the emphasis on workplace health and safety and the relationship this has on HR, we developed our suite of services to include OHS, Learning and Development (training services) and general management consulting.
Today, we offer our clients holistic HR solutions strategies. Where other HR consulting companies offer only HR systems and / or HR software, Accent offers complete, integrated, people solutions.
